Graphic Designer / Web Developer


  • Office in Melbourne CBD
  • Exciting role

We are looking for a highly motivated and clever designer/developer to assist with new projects, maintenance of customer portals and websites, and help put together some marketing collateral from time to time. We have many exciting development projects coming up and this is a fun job with a lot of scope.

Essential criteria are as follows:

  • 3+ years experience in PHP/MySQL
  • Standards compliant XHTML/CSS
  • Javascript/AJAX programming
  • Photoshop
  • Illustrator
  • Knowledge of graphic design principles
  • Good attention to detail
  • Experience with Corporate Identity creation
  • Willing to work on a variety of projects

Skills of benefit, but not necessarily required are:

  • Flash
  • Perl
  • Unix/Apache

ISP Sales Administrator


  • Office in Melbourne CBD
  • Key role in Connexus team
  • Sales administration / coordination / account assistance / customer service

We’re looking for a highly motivated and hard-working all rounder to operate in our business-to-business sales environment providing services to the IT sector.

This rewarding role requires expertise in the following areas:

  • Coordination of inbound sales
  • Managing inbound inquiries from customers both internally and externally
  • Up-selling of new services to new and existing clients
  • Retention of internet subscribers
  • An understanding of network technologies such as MPLS VPNs and IPsec very beneficial
  • Creation of marketing content for out-bound sales campaigns
  • Working with an established sales team to achieve targeted results
  • Inter-departmental communication of sales activities and reporting to management

Technical Support Representative


We are looking to add a new member to our team! This is a unique opportunity to gain invaluable IT experience in an ISP environment. We are looking to hire a casual staff member with a view to moving to full-time in the not-too-distant future.

Essential criteria are as follows:

  • Customer service experience
  • Exceptional phone manner
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to resolve internet related technical problems
  • Ability to work well in a team
  • Ability to translate technical advice to non-technical people
  • Logical thinker
  • Strong sense of ownership with outstanding faults, and desire to provide complete solution to customer
  • High attention to detail and consistency in documentation of technical solutions
  • Solid Windows 2000/XP/Vista, MS Office desktop knowledge

The following skills will be considered highly, but are not essential:

  • Previous experience meeting SLAs
  • Knowledge of RADIUS
  • Understanding of DNS & Web Hosting
  • CCNA/MCSA/MCP certifications
  • MacOS/Linux knowledge
  • Windows Server 2k3
  • HTML/PHP/MySQL/ASP/.NET
  • ISP experience
  • Tertiary education in a relevant field
