Connexus E-mail Archiving provides:

Connexus has been providing Mail Archiving to Victorian schools for over two years.

Connexus can capture and provide your school with an encrypted DVD archive of every e-mail message sent to or from your domain name for your records.

All e-mail is filtered by Connexus SafeMail, with any virus-infected mail destroyed, and any suspected spam handled according to the spam rules you allocate—it can either be tagged or discarded, with varying levels of sensitivity.

E-mails are then delivered to the end user’s mailbox, with a transparent copy stored in an encrypted archive. The archives are then regularly stored on DVD and sent to the customer.

If you ever need to recover any messages, they can easily be decrypted and extracted from the archive using the domain’s administrator password and imported into a standard e-mail client.

Your DVD-ROM is sent out each month. We provide a web-interface that shows how much archived mail exists. Additional DVD-ROMs can be requested at any time and will be charged at $20 (ex. GST).
