Checking your usage online

If you are on a dial-up account and have a monthly hourly limit or if you have an ADSL account and want to know how many Megabytes you have used during any time period, you can access this information from the MyAccounts page.

From the Connexus front page click the MyAccount icon. You will be presented with the following page. Enter your Username and Password to continue.

Once you have logged in you will be presented with the following page. Here you can manage your account, change passwords, check your Time online and so on. Browse through the links and have a look at what you can do.

To check your Time online, or Megabyte use, click the My TimeCheck link.

The next screen you see will be the link to your time check. Click either one of the underlined links.

This screen will show your usage according to the type of connection you have.

Changing your password

Changing your password, something we encourage you to do on a regular basis, is very easy to do.

From the MyAccount page click the Change Password link in the right column.

When you click the link you will be asked for your Username and Password. When you click “Login” you will be taken to the page where you can change your Password

Why can’t I get into MyAccount?

There may be an authentication issue with your Password that requires HelpDesk assistance. If you are not able to log into your MyAccounts page please call the Help Desk on 1300 133 888.
